Hundreds of products competed for 20 categories in our Cosmo Southeast Asia Beauty Awards 2013. This year, we amassed four Cosmo editors and clocked in months of hard-working test drives to determine the winners. Here’s what happened at our breakfast celebration.
We set foot in Au Jardin, 1 Cluny Road at the Singapore Botanical Gardens.
